Thanks for saying hello at the Park Life Reads event in August

Park Life Reads

In August we partnered with The Abbey Theatre to run a stall at Park Life Reads, a community event held in Nuneaton (pictured). Young people interested in co-creating arts events were able to sign up for our Nuneaton and Bedworth Youth Board.

On the day, young artists also coloured in butterflies which will be on display at The Abbey Theatre’s annual Hope Festival on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th February 2026. A free festival of art, creativity and wellbeing, anyone can stop in to enjoy art, watch performances and take part in the many free creative activities.

Park Life Reads is Warwickshire Libraries’ free Summer family festival – a day of activities celebrating nature and creativity. If you missed it, keep an eye out next summer for this exciting annual festival.

Shout Out for the Arts bookmarks

Our two recent projects saw young artists design murals that they would like to see in their school or communities. These murals then came to life!

We are delighted that photography of these murals is now proudly displayed on two new bookmarks for Warwickshire Libraries.
